I don't think this country unduly suffered by Bill Clinton's supporters and Hilary would have many of the same friends. I just don't think that Hillary can ignore all of the people that have supported the Clintons through the years and really make groundbreaking changes without losing many friends in industry and politics. Obama isn't restricted by those ties.
